Jiangsu New Kaiyue Mechanical Equipment Co,.Ltd. is an enterprise with integrated operations involved research and development,design,fabrication,sales and services.The company was stared with high standard at high point and has been always in continuous efforts to build it as the professional manufacturer of chemical equipments,pressure vessels and environmental-related equipments of modern and latest technologies.The company has technically collaborated with many universities,colleges and research institutes for common development.The company is located in Xushe Industry Cluster Park,Yixing City,a city situated in the famous Taihu Scenic Area with fast and easy transportation to nearby cities through Wuxi-Yixing Expressway and Nanjing-Hangzhou Expressway.

The company covers at total land area of over 46,000 square meters including 12,000 square meters of plant buildings for manufacturing of pressure vessels and more than 2000 square meters sites paved with wooden and rubber slabs for production of stainless steel equipments;with a total fixed assets of more than 1,000 million dollars,the company now employs a total of more than 150 employees including 30 engineers and technicians( 3 senior engineers,8 engineers,12 assistant engineers and 7 technicians),31 qualified welders and 5 NDT operators with the total numbers of qualified programs reaching 37,which is compatible with the production capacity of the company.

The company is well equipped with full range of top quality production facilities and equipments including more than 150 production machineries for pressure vessels,a wide range of equipments for such operations as cold forming,welding.machining,NDT test and hoisting,10 hoisting machines with maximum hoisting capacity up to 100T,4 plate rolling machines with maximum plate rolling capacity up to 60mm and 2 digital control cutting machines sized 5*14m;the company also has complete range of welding equipments with the total number reaching 60 including submerged arc welding machines,argon arc welding machines and others.

The company has been always focused in the control of product quality and production costs and has been consequently awarded and approved many different qualifications and license consecutively including ISO 9001 quality system certification,D1 level license for manufacturing and D2 level license for design for pressure vessels issued by the State Administration for Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine etc and hence a complete quality management system has been effectively implemented in the company.Now the company has the full capacity and capacity for supply of tower equipments,heat exchanger equipments,reaction vessels,storage tanks of different types,solid-liquid separators and non-standard vessels and equipments of all different types to the petroleum and chemical industries.Our products with the trademark as “Taodu” have been supplied in a wide varieties,which may be widely used in many different industrial sectors such as petroleum,chemical,fertilizer,pesticide and environmental protection etc;we are always confident to comply with the demands of different clients;now the products of company have been sold well all around the country with some even exported to the foreign countries.
